The Stationnex Forecourt Controller (FCC), an advanced cloud-based solution, provides intelligent, real-time management of service station equipment such as fuel dispensers, tank gauging systems, price signs and much more. By connecting all your devices to the Stationnex server, FCC simplifies operations, optimizes costs and reduces the risk of malfunctions.
Cost and maintenance optimization
The FCC from Stationnex enables service stations to control all their equipment from a single tool, providing extensive visibility of the status and operation of each connected device. Thanks to this centralization, maintenance costs are considerably reduced, and potential points of failure minimized.
Inventory management and tank safety
Stationnex’s FCC allows you to control up to 50 different dispensers simultaneously, with support for various brands and communication protocols.
Available features include:
- Starting, suspending, resuming and stopping refuelling
- Viewing dispenser status
- Price configuration and updating
- Volume and transaction monitoring during fuelling
- Automatic calculation of temperature-compensated volume for increased accuracy
- Save all sales data for consultation via browser or export to a remote server for analysis.
The FCC is compatible with over 135 brands of dispensers and counting systems, offering a versatile soluation for stations of all sizes.
Connection to automatic gauging systems and probes (ATG)
The FCC can monitor up to 20 tanks simultaneously, integrating ATG probes and gauging systems from different brands,
offering the following functionalities:
- Real-time monitoring of fuel levels, water levels, temperature, density and temperature-compensated volume
- Automatic detection of product deliveries, even during refueling
- Product mass calculation and leak detection
- Tank alarm monitoring (critical levels, probe failures)
- Transmission of sales data to ATG consoles for reconciliation analysis.
Over 50 brands of ATG systems are supported, ensuring optimum compatibility with a wide range of installations.
Price panel control
The Stationnex FCC allows you to manage up to 5 price panels simultaneously, with a maximum of 10 price displays each. When prices are updated in the system, they are automatically synchronized with the panels for maximum consistency and speed. If connected to a remote server, the FCC enables real-time price adjustments from any location.
RFID badge management
With support for up to 51 RFID readers, the FCC ensures authentication of customers and fuel attendants before each refueling.
This control system offers several advantages, including:
- Prevention of unauthorized fills
- Detailed sales tracking by customer and attendant
- Performance reports to identify top performers
- Additional security against fuel theft.
Every transaction, including RFID information, is recorded in the database for total transparency and optimized tracking.
Integration with automatic vehicle identification (AVI) systems
Stationnex’s FCC is compatible with all major Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) systems for driver-less management.
This system ensures:
- Automatic vehicle identification as soon as the nozzle is inserted into the tank
- verification of accounts and associated loyalty programs
- Increased security against fraudulent refueling.
The FCC AVI system automatically stops if the nozzle is removed from the identified vehicle, to prevent fuel detour. At the end of each refueling, the FCC records transaction and vehicle identification information for complete tracking.
